As Head of School and Director, Mrs. Cartaya brings decades of expertise and a deep love for early childhood education. With a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a specialization in child development, she oversees every aspect of our programs—from curriculum and teacher development to compliance and family engagement.

Her leadership is grounded in Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles, shaping classrooms that foster independence, creativity, and emotional growth. Families trust her thoughtful guidance and unwavering dedication to creating a safe, enriching environment where children thrive.
